Yes. The only thing we should be chasing is our calling/life’s purpose.
Be still and signs from the Universe will make themselves known to you. Everything else is a distraction.
Free will means that we have the freedom to screw up, big time.
#KeepingitReal: This message is for anyone who is currently struggling and in a dark place.
You’re sooo worth it. You were never inadequate to begin with. Sometimes people do very shitty things to other people. Maybe you were a victim.
The events or circumstances that surround you do not have to define you. The thoughts you have are only thoughts and they do not have to control you. Let them go if they cause you any harm. You actually do have that power to do so. Please find the strength, courage and believe in yourself.
Healing can happen. Just ask anyone who once found themselves in a similar situation. As humans we have the ability to be so resilient. You’re no different.
Never ever change the core of who you are to please another person.
Seek to become a better and more evolved version of yourself, but not a replica of someone else.
Society LOVES to focus on the physical, on form.
Form is 100% Ego-based. You are a soul, experiencing existence in human form.
Take care of your one body and be confident.
Ignore what the media or superficial/judgmental/unconscious folks might say.
Your worth is already established within you and we’re all equal. We are one.
How true is this?! Yet, how many of us spend/have spent so much time worrying about what other people think? What a waste of time aka life, huh?
Everybody needs to just focus on themselves.
Are you wayyy too hard on yourself?
Do you think mean thoughts about yourself if something doesn’t measure up? Like if you look and feel so tired because you’ve been stressed or if those jeans don’t fit too well anymore because bloating or weight gain happens with age.
A little reminder for all of us today: Please be kind to yourself. This direct form of love matters. Be your strongest advocate and lover.
I hope you’re always yourself. Allowing ourselves to truly be – without judgment, without expectations and demands – is what self-love actually looks like.
Want to get better? Then work on getting better. But don’t beat yourself up or compare yourself to others so that you feel less adequate or worthy.
Remember, we’re each on our own journey. Honor your unique journey. Everything else, including people, is a distraction
Yup. Even the hard inner-healing work many of us are doing can be fun…
Even if it hurts to think back sometimes.
Even if things barely make any sense sometimes.
Even if we feel like we might be alone on this journey to enlightenment (of course though, we’re not).
Remember, on the other side of pain is a glimpse of heaven
